The spacious open plan main lounge and dining room has numerous architectural features including a natural wooden cathedral roof over the dining room and an inviting (temporary ornamental) fireplace which occupies a central position between both rooms.

The centre-piece of the formal dining room has to be the overhanging crystal chandelier which sits above the dining table. A great setting for casual or those more formal dining occasions with family and friends. A Sony radio/CD player and speakers are located in the dining room to provide background music in the open plan setting.

Both the dining room and main lounge overlook the swimming pool and patio area thereby, offering a warm and inviting ambiance under night lighting. During the day, the ‘blue’ glass patios offer both privacy and protection from the glaze of the sun, keeping all rooms cool during mid-summer.
